Join Erik Kuna as he explains exactly what this app can do for the Milky Way, why photographers should care about using an app like PhotoPills, and how to best utilize all of its features and functions.

In this talk you’ll learn the basic terminology needed to use the Planner, how to use the app to plan a photo shoot based around the position of the Milky Way—where it will be, when it will be there, what orientation it will stream across the sky in and so much more!

Erik will break down all the steps he uses in planning for a variety of different photographic scenarios. He'll also show how to use the Spot Stars pill to determine the best shutter speeds for keeping the Milky Way stars sharp.

By the end of the presentation you’ll have a whole new appreciation for the ability to plan around the Milky Way using PhotoPills.
