In this follow up to the “Fundamental 3: Creating Star Trails” presentation, Gabriel Biderman looks at advanced methods of analyzing and processing star trails. He will share his techniques for turning star trails into comets and other creative effects.
This will be a deep post-processing talk wherein Gabe will demonstrate his tips for cleaning up those star stacks and really making your trails shine. He will also discuss third-party star stacking software and it’s pros and cons when compared to Photoshop so that you can have a better understanding of how to best process your stars under a variety of scenarios.
